My item arrived damaged. What can I do?

All items are packed with love and the utmost care. Unfortunately if your items come broken/damaged, you need to contact Australia Post directly. 

Why does my item look different to the product photos?

In some cases I may use an old product photo if the item i'm re-stocking is the same as the old one. No 2 crystals are the same. You may see slight differences in colour, shape and size with each product.

How can I choose pickup rather than pay for shipping?

At checkout there will be an option for pickup. Payment must be made first. I will be notified and you will receive an email shortly after with information regarding pickup.

I don't like my item. How can I return it?
I do not offer refunds. When shopping it is your responsibility to purchase items you want to keep. All items are photographed in a way where you can see exactly what you're paying for. 

An item I purchased is faulty.

If you have received a faulty manufactured item please email me with photos and information regarding the issue.
