DESCRIPTION  AKA  Lesser Dawn Bat. This large bat has a wingspan of up tp 32cms. Widely distributed with large populations throughout South and South East Asia from India to China to Thailand and Malaysia.This species can be found in colonies of up to 50,000 individuals.Roosts include mainly within caves. Its flight is slow and low and feeds mainly on nectar.
